SheThrifts Return & Refund Policy
At SheThrifts, we take pride in offering authentic beauty, fragrance, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products at exceptional prices. Due to the hygienic and collectible nature of many beauty products, we maintain the following return guidelines to protect both our customers and our business.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Fragrance samples
- Minis or decants
- Sample lots
- Clearance items
- Live sale purchases
- Mystery bundles
- Gift with purchase items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shethrifts.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of the item(s)
- Description of issue
We will gladly resolve verified issues.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior approval from SheThrifts.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- Item arrived damaged
- The order issue was caused by SheThrifts
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds may be denied if:
- Products show signs of use
- Items are missing packaging
- Products are damaged after delivery
- Returned items differ from original shipment
Fraud Prevention
For security purposes, SheThrifts reserves the right to:
- Refuse suspicious returns
- Limit excessive return activity
- Require signature confirmation on select orders
- Document shipments prior to dispatch
